Using this Procedure Site
This procedure site has been structured around the teams/services in the Local Authority.
The site also contains direct links to two mini-sites. These are The Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005. Both are available from the main homepage.
This procedure site will be updated on a regular basis and a summary of any changes made will be available via the 'Amendments' button on the navigation bar. Here you will also find the detail of the next planned site update.
If you would like to suggest a change to a procedure or to the site you should discuss this with your line manager in the first instance.
Please note: When changes are made to either the Care Act 2014 or the Mental Capacity Act 2005 mini sites these changes will be found in the 'Amendments' area on their respective homepages.
Please note: The amendments and updates guidance above does not apply to local resources.
